SEMANIZE® is a semaglutide-based injection pen. Semaglutide is a revolutionary medication, primarily used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, that promotes weightloss.
When you eat, there is a hormone called GLP-1 being produced in your intestines that urges your body to produce more insulin, and by this, lower your blood sugar levels. Semaglutide mimics (acts like) GLP-1, so it practically makes your body believe that you have eaten, which also suppresses appetite. These two effects combined will result in a definite, long term weightloss.
For best results, clinical trials indicate that combining semaglutide with tirzepatide will elevate its effectiveness. If following a diet- and exercise plan, combining SEMANIZE® with AAS and/or anabolic peptides may boost weightloss and especially promote lean muscle growth while losing bodyfat.
DOSAGE:
Dosage may vary in relation to age, bodyweight, body composition and individual condition of the patient. Please consult your physician for further details!
The average, common dosage of semaglutide is:
Starting dose:
Week 1-4: 0.25 mg once a week, to allow your body to get used to the medication.
Week 5-8: 0.5 mg once a week.
Continuous dose:
Week 9-for at least 4 weeks: 1 mg once a week, regular blood sugar control is required!
Week 13- : 2 mg once a week, regular blood sugar control is required!
EFFECTS:
Effects of using SEMANIZE® are: fatloss, loss of body weight, suppressed appetite and lowered blood sugar levels.
SIDE EFFECTS AND OVERDOSAGE:
Possible side effects of SEMANIZE® may be headache, low blood sugar, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea.
Since SEMANIZE® lowers blood sugar levels, the side effects are likely to relate to hypoglycaemia symptoms.
[1] Headache:
Some users may experience low blood sugar related headache, which will most likely disappear after your body adjusts to the modified glycaemia environment.
[2] Dizziness: Some users of SEMANIZE might feel dizzy or distracted due to temporary lower energy levels due to low blood sugar.
[3] Nausea:
SEMANIZE may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, and as a part of this, nausea. As your body adopts to the new environment, the discomfort will go away.
[4] Diarrhoea:
The side effects of SEMANIZE can include slight diarrhoea, due to the blood sugar levels which also affect the liver’s glucose storing function. As the other inconveniences, this will also go away shortly.
If experiencing any side effects, please contact your physician!
OVERDOSE:
Overdosing SEMANIZE® for a longer period of time will cause extremely low blood sugar levels, and the conditions related to low glucose levels, such as shakiness, sweating, irritability, confusion, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, and in severe cases, loss of consciousness or seizures.
Always use SEMANIZE® as your medical expert prescribed!
CONTRAINDICATION:
SEMANIZE® shall not be administered to individuals during pregnancy or nursing.
Do not use SEMANIZE® if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or suffer from Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.
